What you may be carrying
You may know something happened, even if you never had words for it.
The mother wound is not only about your mother. It can also include caregiver wounds, family system wounds, cultural silence, emotional neglect, parentification, inherited survival patterns, and the ways Black women are often expected to mother everyone while being under-mothered themselves.
You may have learned to be the strong one, read the room before trusting your own body, over-give before asking for care, or abandon yourself to stay connected. This masterclass gives you language for what you have carried, without requiring you to blame, expose, or relive every detail of your story.
- Why do I feel guilty when I choose myself?
- Why do I struggle to receive care?
- Why do I over-explain, over-function, or over-give?
- Why does rest feel unsafe?
- Why does love sometimes feel like performance?
- Why do I keep abandoning myself to stay connected?

It is not therapy, diagnosis, trauma processing, crisis intervention, emergency support, medical care, psychiatric care, legal advice, or a promise that your relationship with your mother or family will be repaired. Why Womb 2 Worthy®
Why this is different.
This is not generic inner child work with a different name. Womb 2 Worthy® centers the lived experiences of Black women and women of color through mother wound awareness, self-mothering practice, nervous system language, cultural and ancestral reflection, relational accountability, and collective healing.
The goal is not to rush you into a deep container before your body is ready. The goal is to help you begin with language, validation, and choice.
The pathway
This masterclass is the first step in the Womb 2 Worthy® pathway.
Womb 2 Worthy® is an ecosystem, not a one-time video. The masterclass is the entry point. After completing it, you may choose to continue through future optional next steps.

Founder · Womb 2 Worthy®
Ronnett Shadon is the CEO and Founder of Womb 2 Worthy®, a social enterprise dedicated to helping Black women heal the mother wound, restore self-worth, and reclaim their voice through the Self-Mothering Method™. Her work brings together trauma-informed care, nervous system healing, cultural restoration, storytelling, and structured healing education.
I created Womb 2 Worthy® because I know what it means to carry wounds that are difficult to name. So many Black women were taught to be strong before we were taught to feel safe. This masterclass is an invitation to begin with language, validation, and care. You do not have to perform your pain here. You are invited to begin.
